DASH Help Frequently Asked Questions
This section contains a wealth of information, related to
DASH and how to participate in auctions. If you
cannot find an answer to your question, make sure to contact us.
General questions
DASH is the ONLY digital auction platform built specifically for
professional sports teams and their fans.
An account is not required to look at auction items, but is
required to bid.
A DASH account with a valid shipping address and credit card is
required to bid on auction items. Be game day ready by setting
this up before the big showdown.
When you find the item you've gotta have, it's easy to stake
your claim:
Auction Items
Simply hit "Place Bid". In the bidding interface that appears, type the amount you wish to bid and hit "Submit."
As long as you bid a valid amount and we already have your information, your bid will immediately post for the full amount.
Buy It Now and Ticket Items
Simply hit "Buy". In the purchase interface that appears, tap the plus or minus button to set the quantity you want to purchase and hit "Submit."
As long as we already have your information, your purchase will complete. Please note that items can have restrictions on the quanitity purchased per transaction. This is set by the selling organization.
Auction Items
Simply hit "Place Bid". In the bidding interface that appears, type the amount you wish to bid and hit "Submit."
As long as you bid a valid amount and we already have your information, your bid will immediately post for the full amount.
Buy It Now and Ticket Items
Simply hit "Buy". In the purchase interface that appears, tap the plus or minus button to set the quantity you want to purchase and hit "Submit."
As long as we already have your information, your purchase will complete. Please note that items can have restrictions on the quanitity purchased per transaction. This is set by the selling organization.
We hate it when bids get sniped at the last minute too. To help
prevent this, we created Overtime where you can drop the gloves
and go for gold.
Overtime starts if you are the high bidder on an item and another bidder places a bid in the last 60 seconds of auction. At least 2 bidders make it to Overtime, but sometimes more!
If you're lucky enough to make it to Overtime, you'll have 2 minutes to battle it out with other top bidders!
Place as many bids as you like during this time frame but when the clock strikes zero, only the highest bidder will be crowned champion!

Yes, but only within the two minute OT window. When the clock
strikes 00:00 OT is over.
DASH accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Discover,
and Diners Club credit and debit cards.
DASH partner teams have the ability to elect US dollars or
Canadian dollars to be charged for items sold. Fans can
reference the event detail screen and note the CA icon for
Canadian transaction. The default currency used on DASH are US
dollars.
DASH Mobile
By telling us your favorite teams, we'll surface those auctions
and items first. If you allow push notifications, we'll also
keep you informed of new auctions.
Your selected payment method and contact information are
displayed below the "Enter Bid" text field. To change, simply
tap "Change" and a payment selector will display where you can
choose an existing card or add a new one. If you have multiple
cards, we default to using the last card you made a purchase
with.
Cash/Check payments are only available on select auctions. If
available, the Cash/Check option will appear in the payment
selector (see above) when at least one valid credit card is
added to your account. If payment is not remitted within 24
hours after item closes, this credit card will be charged the
full purchase amount.
